采用中西医结合治疗乳腺癌的效果观察

目的评估中西医结合治疗乳腺癌的效果。方法选择在我院进行治疗的60例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，严格按照随机分配原则将所有患者进行平均分组，即治疗组与对照组，每组各有30例患者。治疗组的治疗方法为中西医结合治疗法，而对照组的患者的治疗方法则是单独使用西医疗法进行医治。治疗结束后，观察比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗过程产生的不良反应及出现并发症。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.33%，对照组的总有效率为70.00%，2组研究数据经过比较，存在较大差异，组间数值存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组的不良反应发生率为10.00%，对照组的不良反应发生率为33.33%，2组研究数据经过比较存在较大差异，说明组间数值存在统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组的并发症发生率为6.67%，对照组的并发症发生率为30.00%，2组研究数据经过比较存在较大差异，说明组间数值存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗乳腺癌临床疗效显著，并且还可以有效降低不良反应发生率及并发症发生率，值得在临床上推广应用。
