欧薄荷挥发油包合工艺研究

Studies on Inclusion Technology of Volatile Oil from Mentha longifolia Linn

目的优选欧薄荷挥发油的β-环糊精最佳包合工艺。方法以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率的综合评分作为评价指标优选β-环糊精包合工艺。结果挥发油的最佳包合工艺为采用饱和水溶液法，挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶10，包合温度为20℃，包合时间为30min。结论所选提取工艺提取率高，包合工艺合理，节约成本。

Objective:To optimize the best inclusion process for the volatile oil from Mentha longifolia Linn with beta cyclodextrin(β-CD).Methods:The comprehensive mark of receiving rate of inclusion complex and inclusion rate of volatile oils as the estimated target to optimize theβ-CD inclusion technology for the volatile oil.Results:the percentage of the volatile oils inβ-Cyclodextrininclusion was1:6,inclusion time:30min and keeping temperature:20℃.Conclusion:This process can achieve high extraction rateof volatile oil,the inclusion process is suitable and the low cost.
