摘要
目的分析“蛋壳技术”联合经椎弓根植骨内固定术对脊柱结核的治疗效果。方法采取随机数字表法选取20例脊柱结核患者利用“蛋壳技术”行脊柱结核病灶清除,同时经椎弓根行植骨融合后路内固定术,对于脊髓症状的患者行椎板减压术。结果患者都没有出现局部复发的情况,植骨均已骨性融合;3例脊髓损伤者Frankel脊髓评分从术前的D转变为E,神经功能改善了1级。结论“蛋壳技术”联合经椎弓根植骨内固定术对脊柱结核的治疗效果是安全有效的。
Objective:To analyze the"eggshell technology"joint pedicle bone grafting and internal fixation of spinal tuberculosis treatment.Methods:A randomly selected20cases of spinal tuberculosis patients using the"eggshell technology"spinal tuberculosis cleared and fusion posterior pedicle bone graft fixation for spinal cord symptoms underwent laminectomy surgery.Results:None of the patients situation of local recurrence of the bone graft bone fusion have been;three cases of spinal cord injury by Frankel score change from preoperative D to E,improves nerve function level1Conclusion:"eggshell technology"joint pedicle bone grafting and internal fixation for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis is safe and effective.
