综合护理对于重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎的预防效果分析

目的分析综合护理在重症监护室机械通气相关性肺炎预防中的应用效果。方法选取90例机械通气患者，随机分为研究组和对照组各45例，对照组给予常规护理，研究组给予综合护理干预。结果研究组患者的机械通气相关性肺炎发生率为6.67%，死亡率为2.22%。对照组患者的机械通气相关性肺炎发生率为31.11%，死亡率为11.11%，研究组的肺炎发生率和死亡率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理总满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理应用于重症监护室机械通气，能够有效降低患者机械通气相关性肺炎的发生率和死亡率，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the prevention of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in intensive care unit.Methods:90cases of patients with mechanical ventilation from June2015-2016year in June in our hospital,randomly divided into study group and control group,each45cases,control group were given routine nursing care,patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,to observe the nursing effect of two groups.Results:The incidence of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia in the study group was6.67%,and the mortality rate was2.22%.The incidence of mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia was31.11%in the control group,the mortality rate was11.11%,the incidence and mortality of pneumonia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the study group was93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing applied to the intensive care unit mechanical ventilation can effectively reduce the incidence and mortality of patients with mechanical ventilation associated pneumonia,improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing work.
