两位一体管理模式对糖尿病患者治疗效果及经济学效应的影响

Influence on Therapeutic Effect and Economic Effects of Two in One Management Mode on Patients withDiabetes

目的探讨两位一体管理模式对糖尿病患者治疗效果及经济学效应的影响。方法选取本院107例糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分为对照组与观察组，对照组55例采用常规管理模式，观察组52例在对照组基础上采用两位一体管理模式进行护理干预。比较2组患者的治疗依从性、生活质量评分、糖尿病防治信念持有情况及治疗费用成本。结果观察组患者治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，总体生活质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)，观察组防治信念持有情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，且总成本低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论两位一体管理模式可提高患者治疗依从性，缩短治疗时间，减少费用成本，有效控制患者病情，是值得推广和应用的全新管理模式。

Objective:To explorethe influence on therapeutic effect and economic effects of two in one management mode on patients with diabetes.Methods:107cases of patients with diabetes treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number method.The control group with55cases were given routine management mode,and the observation group were given two in one management mode on the basis of the control group.Treatment compliance,quality of life scores,prevention and treatment of diabetes beliefs and treatment cost were contrasted in the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and overall quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Prevention and treatment of diabetes beliefs of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and total cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two in one management mode can improve treatment compliance of patients,shorten treatment time,and reduce the cost.It is a new management model of worth popularizing and applying.
