他汀类药物对血糖代谢及肾功影响的研究进展

他汀类药物能够显著降低动脉粥样硬化疾病的发病率及病死率，因而在现阶段成为预防及治疗动脉硬化最常见、最有效的一线药物。其自上市以来一直表现出良好的耐受性。但随着血脂研究的深入，近期多项基础及临床研究发现他汀类药物对机体多种代谢途径都存在影响，特别是新发糖尿病风险及对肾功能损伤，甚至可能会掩盖其在心血管获益方面的作用。而随着研究的进展,他汀治疗与其所产生影响之间的机制得到进一步揭示。
