艾灸联合苍龟探穴针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床效果

目的探析神经根型颈椎病患者应用艾灸联合苍龟探穴针刺治疗的临床效果。方法对本院2015年7月至2017年1月收治的78例神经根型颈椎病患者予以分组研究，按照随机数表法分为2组，即对照组与联合组，各39例。对照组患者给予单纯针刺治疗，联合组患者给予艾灸与苍龟探穴针刺联合治疗，比较分析2组患者的临床疗效。结果联合组患者临床总有效率为94.9%，高于对照组患者的79.5%，组间比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论神经根型颈椎病患者应用艾灸联合苍龟探穴针刺治疗的临床效果更好，值得临床进一步推广应用。

objective:analysis of patients applying moxibustion on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type joint pale turtle explore the clinical effect of acupuncture point acupuncture treatment.Methods:from July2015to January2017,78patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type shall be grouped study,according to the indicator method is divided into two groups at random,the control group and combined group,39cases each.With control group with simple acupuncture treatment,group were given moxibustion with pale turtle acupuncture point acupuncture combination therapy,comparison and analysis the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results:the joint group of patients clinical total effective rate was94.9%,higher than the control group79.5%of the patients,has the obvious difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:the patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type application of moxibustion in combination with pale turtle explore the clinical effect of acupuncture point acupuncture treatment is better,worthy of further clinical application and promotion.
