氨氯地平与依那普利联合应用治疗老年高血压的疗效分析

目的分析氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法收治80例老年高血压患者，将其随机分为实验组和对照组各40例，对照组单用氨氯地平治疗，实验组采用氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗，比较2组的生活质量评分及治疗总有效率。结果实验组生活质量评分、治疗总有效率，均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予老年高血压患者氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗，疗效确切，生活质量高，具有较高的推广价值。

Objective:To analysis of amlodipine in combination with enalaprilat clinical effect for the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:A retrospective analysis of our hospital from February2014to May2014were analyzed the clinical data of80cases of elderly hypertensive patients,will be randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40cases in the control group amlodipine therapy,treatment with experimental group amlodipine combination of enalaprilat,compare the quality of life score in two groups and the total effective treatment.Results:The quality of life score and the total effective rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly hypertensive patients'joint enalaprilat amlodipine treatment,curative effect,life quality,has high clinical value.
