采用腹腔镜下腹腔灌洗引流术治疗重症胰腺炎的效果观察

目的研究和分析腹腔镜下腹腔灌洗引流术治疗重症胰腺炎的应用效果。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月入院治疗的重症胰腺炎患者80例，根据不同的手术方式随机分为实验组和参照组，各40例，参照组采用常规治疗方式，实验组采用腹腔镜下腹腔灌洗引流术治疗，运用统计学方法对2组患者的住院时间和治疗效果进行比较分析。结果采用腹腔镜下腹腔灌洗引流术的实验组患者术后拔管时间(4.5±3.5)天，平均住院时间(6.5±1.8)天，有效率95%，参照组患者术后拔管时间(9.5±3.9)天，平均住院时间(11.2±3.5)天，有效率65%.2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。。结论采用腹腔镜下腹腔灌洗引流术安全有效，提高生存率，有显著的治疗效果，在临床上具有很大的应用价值。

Objective:To study and analysis of laparoscopic peritoneal lavage drainage and application effect of treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.Selection methods:From June2014to June2016hospitalized patients with severe acute pancreatitis,80cases,According to the different ways of operation were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40cases,control group adopts the conventional treatment method,the experimental group treated by laparoscopic abdominal lavage drainage,Use statistical methods of two groups of patients in hospital time and treatment effect of comparative analysis.Results:Laparoscopic abdominal cavity lavage drainage of the experimental group patients postoperative extubation time(4.5+3.5)days,the average length of hospital stay(6.5+1.8)day,effectiveness95%,control group patients postoperative extubation time(9.5+3.9)days,the average length of hospital stay(11.2+3.5)days,the effective rate was65%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopic abdominal cavity lavage drainage is safe and effective,and improve the survival rate,a significant treatment effect,has great application value in clinic.
