单纯全麻与全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的效果对比

目的探究单纯全麻与全麻复合硬膜外麻醉在妇科腹腔镜手术中的效果。方法选取妇科腹腔镜手术患者86例，随机分为两组，对照组采用单纯全麻，研究组采用全麻复合硬膜外麻，对比两组在腹腔镜手术中的效果。结果研究组患者生命体征平稳状况、术后苏醒时间明显由于对照组；且术后的子宫松弛度明显高于对照组，比较差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论将全麻复合硬膜外麻运用于妇科腹腔镜中，不仅能够取得良好的麻醉效果，而且能够提高子宫松弛度，值得在临床上推广与应用。

Objective:To explore the simple anesthesia and general anesthesia compound epidural anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery effect.Methods:Our hospital during the period of September2015-September2016with86cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,control group adopts pure general anesthesia,the team using general anesthesia compound epidural hemp,compared two groups of effect in laparoscopic surgery.Results:The team vital signs in patients with stable condition,postoperative time of awakening is obviously due to the control group;And postoperative uterine sags are significantly higher than the control group,the more significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:General anesthesia compound epidural hemp used in gynecological laparoscopic,can not only obtain good anaesthesia effect,but also can improve the relaxation degree of the uterus,is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
