冠心病真分叉病变介入治疗中球囊边支保护技术的临床应用

目的分析球囊边支保护技术在冠心病真分叉病变介入治疗中的应用效果。方法随机选择冠心病真分叉病变患者60例，随机均分成2组，对照组利用单导丝边支保护技术，观察组利用球囊边支保护技术，比较2组效果。结果观察组边支即刻闭塞率、边支开口狭窄加重率、边支需植入支架率、完成交换导丝的时间优于对照组；随访期间边支血管闭塞率低于对照组。结论冠心病真分叉病变介入治疗中应用球囊边支保护技术能够提高手术安全性，值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of balloon side branch protection technique in interventional therapy of coronary heart disease.Methods:Coronary heart disease were randomly selected in our hospital for treatment of60patients with true bifurcation lesions involved in the study,were randomly divided into2groups,the control group using single wire side branch protection technology,using a balloon side branch protection technology to compare the effect of observation group.Results:In the observation group,the immediate occlusion rate,the ratio of the side branch opening stenosis,the stent rate,the time of the completion of the exchange guide wire was better than that of the control group,the rate of side branch vessel occlusion was lower than the control group.Conclusion:In the interventional therapy of coronary heart disease,it is worth to improve the safety of operation,and it is worthy of clinical application.
