集体心理治疗对社区精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

目的评估社区精神分裂症患者应用集体心理治疗的康复效果。方法选取81例2014年6月至2016年6月期间社区的缓解期精神分裂症状患者，分为2组，对照组单纯给予药物治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予集体心理治疗，观察比较其临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后PANSS评分与GAF评分显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗组患者的服药依从度好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组的复发率和对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论社区精神分裂症患者采用集体心理治疗，有助于患者临床症状改善，提高服药依从性，促进康复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of group psychotherapy on the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia in community.Methods:81cases from June2014to June2016during the remission period of community schizophrenia patients,divided into two groups,the control group only received drug treatment,the treatment group was given based on the collective psychological treatment,observe and compare the clinical curative effect.Results:The PANSS score and GAF score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community schizophrenia patients with collective psychotherapy,help to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve medication compliance,promote rehabilitation.
