慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期炎性因子hs-CRP、PCT水平与肺功能的相关性研究

摘要 目的探讨研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期炎性因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平与肺功能的相关性。方法选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者64例为研究组,同期50例健康体检者为对照组,比较2组血清中hs-CRP、PCT等炎症标记物水平及FEV1%、FEV1/FVC等肺功能指标变化。结果研究组血清中hs-CRP、PCT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),FEV1%、FEV1/FVC明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后研究组hs-CRP、PCT水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),但高于对照组(P<0.01),FEV1%、FEV1/FVC显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),但低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗前后hs-CRP、PCT水平分别与肺功能指标FEV1%、FEV1/FVC均呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论hs-CRP、PCT作为诊断AECOPD的血清标志物可更好的筛选AECOPD,并有助于医生及时采取相应的干预措施来改善预后。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between levels of high-sensitive C-reactive(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and lung function in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:64cases with AECOPD were selected in our hospital as the research group,50cases of healthy subjects as control group.The levels of hs-CRP,PCT and FEV1%,FEV1/FVC of2groups were compared.Results:The hs-CRP and PCT levels of research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),FEV1%,FEV1/FVC was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);after treatment the level of PCT and hs-CRP in the research group were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),FEV1%and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),but significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);the levels of hs-CRP and PCT of in the research group before and after treatment and FEV1%,FEV1/FVC showed a significant negative correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion:hs-CRP and PCT can be used as a marker for the diagnosis of AECOPD,which can better screen AECOPD and help doctors to take appropriate intervention measures to improve the prognosis.
