上消化道出血(非静脉曲张性)应用消化内镜治疗的临床疗效探析

目的研究上消化道出血(非静脉曲张性)应用消化内镜治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的上消化道出血(非静脉曲张性)患者88例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察与对照两组，对照组患者采用常规药物治疗方法进行治疗，观察组采用在药物治疗的基础上，同时给予消化内镜对患者进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.72%，显著高于对照组的90.90%。结论上消化道出血(非静脉曲张性)应用消化内镜治疗的临床疗效显著，能够显著改善患者的各种临床症状，在临床上值得广泛推广。

Objective:To study the upper digestive tract hemorrhage(non variceal)clinical curative effect of the treatment of application of digestive endoscopy.Methods:gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from June2014to June2016were upper gastrointestinal(non variceal)in88patients as the research object,randomly divided into observation and control group two,control group patients were treated by conventional drug treatment,the observation group adopted on the basis of drug treatment,while giving the treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy,comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:the total effective rate of observation group was97.72%,significantly higher than the control group90.90%.conclusion:upper gastrointestinal bleeding(non variceal)clinical curative effect of the treatment of application of digestive endoscopy significantly,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
