围手术期应用益气养阴方提高肺癌患者术后生活质量的临床研究

目的观察非小细胞肺癌患者围手术期应用益气养阴方对患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择46例气阴两虚证非小细胞肺癌患者，随机分为2组(对照组和治疗组)，对照组按术后常规治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上于围手术期加用益气养阴中药治疗，分别记录治疗前后的体重、KPS评分与中医证候评分，进行比较研究，应用SPSS18.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果在治疗结束后，治疗组与对照组相比，在中医证候评分、体重、KPS评分方面具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌患者围手术期应用益气养阴方，可明显改善患者的术后体重、KPS评分、中医证候评分，有利于提高患者的术后生活质量。

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of perioperativemanagement of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing prescription of immunologic function in the patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer.Methods Forty-six patients with nonsmall-cell lung cancer in qi-yin deficiency type.The46cases with lung cancer were randomly divided into2groups(control group and treatment group).Conventional therapy following operation was carried out on the patients in control group,while perioperativemanagement of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing prescription was added to the patients in treatment group.The body weight,KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores were recorded.All the data were analyzed withthe software package of statistics SPSS18.0ResultsIn treatment group,the body weight,KPS scores and TCM syndromes were increased obviously(P<0.05).ConclusionThe perioperativemanagement of Qi-replenishing and Yin-nourishing prescription may improve body weight,KPS scores and TCM syndrome scores to improve the quality of life.
