中医针灸结合康复治疗中风偏瘫临床研究

目的分析中医针灸结合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果及体会。方法回顾性分析103例中风偏瘫患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，其中对照组51例在常规治疗的基础上进行康复治疗，观察组52例患者则在对照组的基础上进行中医针灸治疗，比较2组患者的脑卒中临床神经功能缺损程度评分(NFDS)、功能综合评分(FCA)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分，并比较2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果所有患者经过6个月的治疗，其NFDS、FCA、ADL评分均显著优于治疗前，而治疗组改善情况显著优于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组临床总有效率90.38%，对照组临床总有效率70.59%，观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中风偏瘫患者在康复治疗的基础上加用中医针灸治疗可显著改善患者的机体功能，提高其生活质量，改善临床效果，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training clinical effect and experience for the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of103cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,51cases of control group on the basis of conventional treatment of rehabilitation therapy,the observation group had52patients in the control group on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,compared two groups of patients with cerebral apoplexy degree of clinical neural function defect score(NFDS),functional composite score(FCA),active ability of daily life(ADL)score,and compare the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results:All patients after six months of treatment,its NFDS,FCA,ADL scores were significantly better than the before treatment,and treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05),the clinical observation group total effectiveness90.38%,control group total effectiveness70.59%,observation group clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group,difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:In patients with stroke hemiplegia rehabilitation therapy on the basis of combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the patient's body function,improve the quality of life,to improve clinical effect and has high clinical value.
