摘要
目的:运用互联网手段改造传统分级诊疗模式,构建"互联网+"背景下分级诊疗新体系。方法:依托于区域卫生信息互联互通背景,通过构建线上服务平台,整合线下服务载体,打造"互联网+分级诊疗"新模式。结果:实现优质医疗资源的下沉,推进上级医疗服务的向下延伸。结论:"互联网+分级诊疗"的体系构建有效解决传统线下分级诊疗医患间及医(生)医(生)间交互的痛点,充分发挥区域内的各个医疗机构长处,进一步优化诊疗流程,提升区域整体医疗服务能力。
Objective:To apply Internet technology to transform traditional hierarchical medical mode,build the new hierarchical medical system under the background of Internet.Methods:constructing online service platform based on the regional health information interoperability,to integrate line service carrier,to build a new model of hierarchical medical based on Internet.Results:To achieve high-quality medical resources to sink,to promote the extension of higher medical services.Conclusion:The construction of the hierarchical medical system based on Internet can effectively solve the traditional line of interactive pain points,,and give full play to the advantages of various medical institutions in the region,and further optimize the diagnosis and treatment process,and enhance the overall capacity of the region's medical services.
