Design of Patient Informed Consent Mobile Signing Management System

作为病案内容的重要组成部分,知情同意书的电子化是实现病案无纸化归档的重难点问题。在分析了医院知情同意书签署及管理存在的问题的基础上,引入第三方认证机构的电子认证服务,采用数字签名、可信时间戳、原笔迹签署及多媒体证据链相结合的方式,形成可信PDF归档文档,实现了患者知情同意书移动签署及闭环管理。

Informed consent is an important part of medical record.To implement medical record paperless archiving,informed consent signed electronically is the key point.After analyzing the existing problems in the signature and management of informed consent,the system introduces digital signature verification server,trusted timestamp provided by the third party CA and original handwriting signature and multimedia evidence chain to form trusted PDF file.This work implements mobile signed and closed-loop management of the patient's informed consent.
