摘要
目的:通过信息系统建设,实现医技检查预约的智能化管理,全面提升病人满意度、运营管理、医疗质量和安全水平。方法:统一医技检查资源,根据调研发现的问题,提出针对性解决方案,构建全院智能预约系统。结果:预约系统智能化解决了原先预约中设备管理、时间安排、检查准备、系统对接等多方面的问题。使得医院病人满意度、整体运营管理效率、医疗质量和安全性都得到明显改善。结论:建设智能化信息系统是改进医疗服务及管理水平的有效途径。
Objective:Setting up an hospital electronic booking system based on intelligent management which could improve Patient satisfaction,management efficiency and medicine service.Methods:Unified medical examination Resources,provide solutions to solve problems of current booking system.Results:The level of patient satisfaction,management efficiency and medicine service were significantly improve due to the using of new booking system basing on intelligent management.Conclusion:Intelligent management is very important for hospital information construction.
