基于Hadoop的医疗健康档案大数据平台构建

Construction of the Big Data Platform of Medical Health Archives Based on Hadoop

目的:构建存储海量数据、承载并行交互计算的、快速实现大数据应用分析需求的医疗健康大数据平台。方法:采用Hadoop框架结构,使用Spark计算框架,SDB分布式数据库技术进行构建。结果:使用大数据技术构建出健康档案大数据平台。结论:将大数据技术应用于健康档案平台,建立新的技术方案与思路。

Objective:Building a medical health big data platform which stores mass data,play parallel interactive computing and meet the analyzing needs of big data application quickly.Methods:Building the system by Hadoop frame structure,spark computing framework,distributed database.Results:Health records platform was build successfully by big data technology.Conclusion:We can get a new technical scheme from the health records platform which use big data technology.
