Solution to the Off-platform Physical Examination Reservation System Based on Alipay

目的:通过使用基于支付宝平台下的体检预约功能,将部分查体者由现场预约转移到网络预约,释放现场压力,同时达到缩短查体者排队时间,在线管理个人体检报告的目的。方法:以支付宝公众号为支撑,以健康查体者为对象,实施内容包含在线查看套餐、预约套餐、在线支付、检后查看个人报告的移动体检预约系统。结果:体检预约效率提高,体检报告云管理,查体者满意度提高。结论:通过使用基于支付宝平台下的体检预约系统,将部分现场预约转化为网上预约,解决了查体机构面临的排队拥堵,打印报告繁琐,实现了个人查体报告云管理。

Objective:Through the use of the off-platform physical examination function based on Alipay,to change some physical examinees from on-site reservation to the online reservation,release the site pressure,shorten the queuing time of physical examinees,and manage personal medical examination reports online.Methods:A mobile physical examination reservation system supported by Alipay public number,with the objects of healthy physical examinees,whose implementation content includes online view of combo,reservation of combo,online payment,and viewing of personal report after examination.Results:The efficiency of physical examination reservation is improved,the cloud management of physical examination reports is implemented,and the satisfaction of physical examinees is improved.Conclusion:Through the use of the off-platform physical examination reservation system based on Alipay,some on-site reservations are changed into online reservation,the problem of queuing congestion and complex report printing faced by the physical examination institution is solved,and the cloud management of personal physical examination reports is realized.
