摘要
目的:落实《进一步改善医疗服务行动计划》,全面优化患者就诊流程。方法:优化预约诊疗平台,推行分时段预约;改建排队叫号系统,新增复诊预约;创建患者服务中心,提供精细化服务模式;利用新媒体、微平台,提供多种支付模式。结果:通过优化业务流程,患者可以多渠道预约挂号并精确到分钟,同时多途径接收就诊提醒信息,自由选择适合的支付平台完成缴费。结论:系列流程优化举措改善了门诊就医环境,缓解了患者看病难,减轻了医务人员工作压力,减少了医患矛盾。
Objective:Implement the action plan for further improvement of medical services,optimize patient visiting process comprehensively.Methods:Optimize the appointment and treatment platform,implement the time sharing appointment;rebuild the queuing and calling system,add subsequent visit appointment;establish patient service center,provide fine service mode;use new media,micro platform,provide a variety of payment models.Results:By optimizing visiting process,patients can make a treatment appointment accurate to the minute,at the same time,receive warning information by multiple ways,and freely choose the appropriate payment platform to complete the payment.Conclusion:Series process optimization measures,improving the outpatient medical environment,ease the patients'difficulty to see a doctor,reduce the medical staff working pressure,and reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients.
