摘要 以露地栽培的鲜食葡萄品种着色香、蜜汁和白香蕉为试材,通过叶面喷施不同浓度的γ-聚谷氨酸生物菌肥,初步探讨γ-聚谷氨酸生物菌肥对葡萄生长发育的影响。结果表明:800倍液浓度的γ-聚谷氨酸生物菌肥能有效增强葡萄叶片光合作用,增加叶片含氮量和含水量,并提高果实经济性状,因此,确定800倍液浓度的γ-聚谷氨酸生物菌肥为葡萄最佳叶面喷施浓度。 The effects of γ-polyglutamic acid biological fertilizer on grape growth and development were investigated preliminarily. Different concentrations of γ-polyglutamic acid biological fertilizer were sprayed to the leaves of three table grape cultivars Zhuosexiang, Honey and Gold Muscat. The results showed that: spraying the 800 times concentration ofγ-polyglutamic acid biological fertilizer could enhance the photosynthesis of grape leaves, increase the content of nitrogen and water in leaves, and improve the economic traits of fruit. So the optimal spray concentration was 800 times.
