On the Professional Beliefs of Ideological and Political Teachers

高校思政课教师的职业信仰包含三个维度,对马克思主义理论的科学认识、对教书育人过程的情感体验和对教育教学环节的行为实践,从国家发展层面看,思政课教师的职业信仰要求其具有崇高的政治觉悟、正确的政治方向和严明的组织纪律,从人才培养层面看,思政课教师的职业信仰要求其具有完善的知识结构、精湛的教学艺术和高尚的道德品格。因此,思政课教师要坚定职业信仰,树立阵地意识、使命意识和担当意识。

The professional beliefs of university ideological and political teachers contain three dimen-sions:scientific understanding of Marxist theory;emotional experience of teaching;practice of teaching.From the level of national development,the ideological and political teachers should have lofty political conscious-ness,the correct political direction and strict organizational discipline.From the personnel training level,polit-ical teachers should have perfect knowledge structure,superb teaching art and noble moral character.Ideologi-cal and political teachers should strengthen their professional beliefs,set up the sense of position,sense of mis-sion and responsibility.
