前列腺等离子双极电切术后尿路感染的危险因素及其对预后的影响研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨前列腺等离子双极电切术后尿路感染的危险因素及其对预后的影响。方法选取本院泌尿外科2014年1月~2016年7月收治的100例经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗的良性前列腺增生症患者的临床资料作为研究对象。对术后尿路感染情况及其危险因素进行分析。结果 (1)16.0%的术后尿路感染的发生率(16/100);(2)18例送检样本,病原菌检出率为88.89%(16/18),共检出52株病原菌,其中以大肠埃希菌最多;(3)糖尿病、术前导尿术、尿导管留置时间长以及应用预防抗菌药物是术后尿路感染发生的危险因素。结论糖尿病、术前导尿术、尿导管留置时间长以及应用预防抗菌药物促进术后尿路感染的发生,临床治疗中应注意,尽量减少术后尿路感染的发生。 Objective To investigate the urinary tract infection's risk factors and it's effect on prognosis after bipolar plasmakinetic resection of prostate.Methods The clinical data of100patients who were diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia and received transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the department of urology surgery in our hospital from January2014to July2016were the research object.The situation of urinary tract infection and it's risk factors after the operation was analyzed.Results(1)The incidence of urinary tract infection was16.0%(16/100);(2)In18cases submitted samples,the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was88.89%(16/18).52strains of bacteria were checked,Escherichia coli accounted for the most;(3)diabetes,preoperative catheterization,long urinary catheter indwelling time and the application of preventive antibiotics were risk factors.Conclusion Diabetes,leading urinary surgery,long urinary catheter indwelling time and application of prevention antibacterial drugs can promote urinary tract after operation.We should pay attention to it and try to reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
