CT定位下微创软通道技术联合中医辩证治疗高血压脑出血疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by minimally invasive soft channel technology combined with CT

目的探讨CT定位下微创软通道技术联合中医辩证治疗高血压脑出血疗效。方法 86例高血压脑出血患者按照入院先后分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(40例),给予对照组CT定位下微创软通道技术,治疗组在对照组手术治疗的基础上联合中医辨证治疗,比较两组疗效及ADL评分。结果治疗组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组死亡率、并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义;治疗组日常生活能力显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT定位下微创软通道技术联合中医辩证治疗高血压脑出血的疗效显著,有效降低病死率,减少并发症,改善患者的预后。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of CT guided minimally invasive soft channel technology combined with TCM treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods86cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients according to admission were divided into treatment group(46cases)and control group(40cases),the control group received minimally invasive soft channel technology under CT,treatment group in the control surgical treatment combined with TCM treatment,compared two groups of curative effect and ADL score.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);two mortality,complication rate showed no significant difference;the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,the ability of daily life(P<0.05).Conclusion CT guided minimally invasive soft channel technology combined with TCM curative effect in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage significantly,effectively reduce mortality,reduce complications and improve the prognosis of the patients.
