电力电子系统性能评估有不同的评价指标,其中器件利用率是一个很重要的指标,但鲜有系统化的评价方法。在电力电子系统设计过程中,对于半导体开关器件的选型主要由工程经验确定,没有定量方法的指导。以电能路由器为例,提出一种计算和评估电力电子系统中器件利用率的方法,应用于各种不同的组合电路中,通过对电路及器件参数的分析与计算,得到器件利用率的结果。器件利用率的数值越高,说明器件利用程度越高。对不同方案的器件利用率进行计算与比较,得出不同方案中器件利用程度的定量对比结果,以此作为器件选型的定量依据。通过具体实例分析器件利用率的应用场景,验证了器件利用率计算和评估方法的有效性。

The utilization rate of switching devices is one of the most important criteria toevaluate the performance of power electronics system.In the process of designing power electronicssystem,the selection of semiconductor power switches mainly relies on the practical experience of thedesigner.There are no quantitative methods of guidance.In order to optimize the design,a method tocalculate and evaluate the utilization rate of power switches is proposed.This method can be used indifferent circuits and systems.As the basis for the selection of power switches,utilization rate isobtained by calculating the parameters of circuits and power switches.The higher the value ofutilization rate,the higher the degree of device utilization in different schemes.Several practical casesare taken as examples to illustrate the application scenarios and the calculation procedure of theutilization rate.
