摘要
本文采用改良的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨,经过超声剥离得到单分散的氧化石墨烯,以硼氢化钠为还原剂还原为石墨烯。采用元素分析方法测定其氧化程度,X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析石墨烯的结构、表面官能团、热稳定性和表面微观形貌等。从红外分析结果上可看出,氧化石墨片层上存在大量的含氧官能团如羟基、羧基、羰基、环氧基等,这些极性官能团的存在使得氧化石墨具有很好的亲水性能。
Graphite oxide was prepared by modified Hummers method,and then exfoliated into monodisperse graphhene oxidesheets via sonication.With borohydride,graphene was obtained from reduction of graphene oxide colloidal suspension in water.Theextent of oxidation was determined by the elemental analysis.At the same time,the structure and morphology of the products werecharacterized by SEM,XRD and FT-IR analysis.The FT-IR analysis revealed that a number of oxygen-containing functional groups,such as carbonyl,hydroxyl,epoxy,and carboxyl,embedded in the carbon layers,and the presence of these functional groups madegraphite oxide strongly hydrophilic.
