不同硫源对锂离子电池负极材料Sb_2S_3的影响 被引量:2

A Research on the Effects of Different Sulfur Sources on Sb_2S_3 as Anode Material for Lithium Ion Batteries

摘要 以酒石酸锑钾为原料,硫代硫酸钠、硫脲为硫源,通过水热反应制备不同形貌的硫化锑(Sb_2S_3)。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电等测试手段,探讨不同硫源对Sb_2S_3的形貌和电化学性能的影响。结果表明:不同的硫源对Sb_2S_3的形貌结构有较大影响,以硫代硫酸钠为硫源时,形成的Sb_2S_3以粗的棒状结构为主;以硫脲为硫源时,形成的Sb_2S_3以细的棒状结构为主。在0.1C的电流密度下,以硫代硫酸钠合成的Sb_2S_3样品的电化学性能更好,其最大的放电比容量可达618.6 m A·h/g。 By adopting the hydrothermal method,different morphologies of antimony sulfide(Sb2S3)can beprepared with antimony potassium tartrate and sodium thiosulfate,with Thiourea as the sulfur source.Such testingapproaches as XRD,SEM,EDS,cyclic voltammetry(CV)and constant current charge and discharge have been adoptedfor an exploration of the effects of different sulfur sources on morphologies and electrochemical properties of Sb2S3.The results show that different sulfur sources have a relatively great influence on the morphology and structure of Sb2S3,which mainly forms thick rod-like structure using sodium thiosulfate as sulfur source;while the fine rod-like structure canbe obtained with thiourea as sulfur source.The electrochemical performance of the Sb2S3sample synthesized by sodiumthiosulfate is much better under the current density of0.1C,with its discharge specific capacity up to618.6mA.h/g.
