医学生临床实习期间思想政治教育管理研究

A Study on the Management of Ideological and Political Education in Medical Students during Clinical Practice

医学院校的教学性质的特殊性决定了医学生在校外实习的时间长、空间散。目前,部分医学院校重视学生在校期间的教育管理工作,对实习后学生的思想政治教育管理工作缺乏实效性和连续性,大大影响了医学生思想政治教育的整体效果。本文从分析目前医学院校学生实习期间的思想政治教育管理现状入手,提出加强和改善医学生临床实习期间思想政治教育管理的对策,为大学生德育事业发展提供有效借鉴。

The particularity of the teaching nature of medical collegesand universities determines that medical students have along period of off-campus practice.At present,some medicalcolleges and universities attach importance to the educationalmanagement of students at school,but ignore the management ofideological and political education during their practice,whichgreatly affects the overall effect of the ideological and political educationof medical students.This paper analyzes the present situationof the management of ideological and political educationduring medical college students'practice,and puts forward thecountermeasures to strengthen and improve the management ofideological and political education during the clinical practice ofmedical students,hoping to provide effective reference for thedevelopment of college students'moral education.
