摘要
本文主要探讨开展"中医诊断学"课程"闻诊"部分的教学改革,从"声音"的属性:"音调"、"音质"、"音量"这三个方面教学,判断疾病的寒热、虚实。"嗅气味"按照基本气味,与特殊性气味来分类教学,以基本气味来判断疾病的寒热,以特殊性气味判断某种疾病或者危急重症。结合问诊培训学生听病人叙述病情的能力,旨在建立新的《闻诊》教学模式,优化中医诊断的《闻诊》教学。
This paper deals with the teaching reform of"Auscultationand Smelling"in the course"TCM Diagnosis".From thethree properties of"sound",namely,"tone","sound quality"and"sound volume",we can judge the chills&fever and deficiency&excess of a disease."Smelling"teaching is classified in accordancewith basic smells and special smells,judging the chills&fever of a disease through basic smells,and judging a certain kindof disease or emergency and serious diseases through specialsmells.Combined with specific cases,students'ability to listen topatients'condition description can be trained.This paper finallydiscusses the establishment of a new"Auscultation and Smelling"teaching model,in order to optimize it.
