实验员参与高职文秘专业实训教学的几点思考

当前高职教育中实训教学环节越来越重要,实训教材、实训师资等问题也开始凸显,发挥实验员的作用,可以达到多方共赢的效果。实验员可以在实训教材的编写、课堂实训教学、实训室管理、精品课程网络课程建设等四方面参与高职文秘专业的实训教学。要充分发挥实验员在实训教学中的作用,对于实验员提高待遇、培训提高和全面发展是重要的保障。
