一流大学建设视角下中国特色现代大学制度的构建

The Construction of Modern University System with Chinese Characteristics from the Perspective of the Construction of First-rate Universities

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》第十三章(四十)中提出"完善中国特色现代大学制度"。2015年10月,国务院印发《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》,提出以中国特色、世界一流为核心,加快建成一批世界一流大学和一流学科。基于此,本文以一流大学建设为视角,对一流大学、中国特色现代大学制度二者的关系进行了分析,提出了当前构建我国特色现代大学制度的几点建议。

Chapter XIII(forty)of"National Long-term EducationReform and Development Plan(2010-2020)"puts forward"perfectingmodern university system with Chinese characteristics".In October2015,the State Council issued the"Overall Plan forPromoting the World-Class University and First-rate DisciplineConstruction",and proposed to construct a number ofworld-class universities and first-rate disciplines with Chinesecharacteristics and world-class as the core.Based on this,fromthe perspective of the construction of first-rate universities,thispaper analyzes the relationship between first-rate universitiesand modern university system with Chinese characteristics,andputs forward some suggestions on how to construct modern universitysystem with Chinese characteristics.
