基于美日经验构建我国灾害医学救援模式

Construction of China's disaster medical relief mothodology based on U.S-Japan's experience

美国、日本在长期的灾害医学救援实践中积累了宝贵的经验,已形成较为完备的灾害医学救援模式。本研究基于对美日经验的借鉴,结合我国国情及灾害医学救援现状,依托对比分析,提出构建我国灾害医学救援模式的建议。研究提出,我国应加快建立现场投送、快速转运、立体救援、军民融合的灾害医学救援模式。

The United States of America and Japan have accumulated valuable experience from many years of response,and gradually developed a complete disaster relief methodology.Taking the current situation of China into consideration,the author compared the disaster rescue methodology of United States and Japan with China in order to provide reference for the further development of China's disaster rescue mode.Based on this research,the author summarized the main points of development focus for China,including an accelerated development of a three-dimensional disaster medical rescue system based on on-site delivery,rapid transport and civilmilitary integration.
