"一带一路"沿线各地展现出物流业态纷繁而复杂的形势,新丝路"物流通"战略以产业中高端转化为宗旨,急需适用性良好的物流集散中心。面对物流业务的信息暴增、业态种类繁多、信息价值稀疏和需求碎片化等特征,应明确大数据体系建设的指导思想,归纳"一个核心、三类需求、三个平台和两大门户"的主要建设内容,设计"五个层次,三条总线"的建设框架,实现新丝路沿线物流业态的精准化责任追溯和碎片化价值聚集,助力产业中高端转化,提升产业灵活适用性,以达到维护物流数据主权、提升物流资源利用率和激励产业创新的目标。物流中心大数据体系架构可靠性和适用性良好,对物流通战略的促进作用明显,体现出大数据价值汇集的发展优势。

There exists the complex and complicated logistic situation in areas along the Belt and Road.The New Silk Road material circulation strategy is aimed at the high-end industrial transformation.And a good logistics distribution center with good suitability is urgently needed.Facing such characteristics as the explosion of logistics business information,the many types of business,the scattered information value,and the fragmentized demand,we should clarify the guidance for the construction of Big Data system,summarize the main construction contents of"one core,three kinds of needs,three platforms,and two main portals",design the construction framework of"five levels and three buses",realize the precise responsibility traceability of logistics mode and fragmentation value aggregation along the New Silk Road,drive the high-end industrial transformation,and improves the flexibility and applicability of this industry to achieve the goal of maintaining the sovereignty of logistics data,improving the utilization rate of logistics resources,and stimulating industrial innovation.Related practice shows that the reliability and applicability of the Big Data architecture of logistics center is good;it can significantly promote the implementation of material circulation strategy;and the development advantages of pooling Big Data value can be demonstrated.
