摘要
柴油质量的主要指标(燃烧性能和抗爆性能)是通过十六烷值来表示的。当前随着柴油质量标准要求不断升级,确保柴油质量的技术关键就是降低硫、芳烃含量和提高十六烷值,而大幅度提高柴油十六烷值的一个有效方法就是选用柴油加氢改质工艺。基于此,本文结合近年来国内相关炼油企业采用柴油加氢改质技术生产清洁柴油的实例,就几种常用于提升柴油十六烷值的加氢改质工艺进行了描述。
Cetane number is an important index of diesel quality,such as combustion performance and antiknock performance.With the constant upgrading of diesel quality standards,the way to reduce the content of sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbon and raise the cetane number is the key to guarantee the quality of diesel oil.To select diesel hydro-upgrading technology is an effective way to significantly raise the cetane number.Therefore,combining with the practical cases of relevant domestic enterprises that adopt diesel oil hydro-upgrading technology in recent years,this paper introduces several hydro-upgrading technologies used to raise the cetane number of diesel oil.
