石油化工企业中DCS的应用分析

Application analysis of DCS in petrochemical enterprises

近些年来我国科技水平有了显著的提高,在控制系统上也取得了可喜的进步,尤其是集散控制系统已经被广泛应用在了很多领域。作为我国工业发展重点项目的石油化工行业也广泛应用了DCS控制系统,很大程度上提高了石化行业的生产效率。首先分析DCS在石油化工企业中的应用及其存在的相关问题,其次讨论DCS在石油化工企业中的发展趋势。

in recent years,China's scientific and technological level has been significantly improved,considerable development has also made in the control system technology,and especially in the distributed control system(DCS)that has been widely used in many fields.The DCS control system is also widely used in the petrochemical industry that has become one key project of China’s national industrial development,and it greatly improves the production efficiency in the petrochemical industry.So this paper first analyzes the application of DCS and existed relevant problems in petrochemical enterprises,and then discusses the development trend of DCS application in the petrochemical enterprises.
