钻头选型技术研究

Research on Drilling Bit Selection Technology

钻头是钻杆钻进过程中破碎岩石的工具。钻头的合理选型是钻头钻速快慢的关键影响因素,同时可以减少井下事故的发生,保障安全钻进。目前常用的钻头选型方法主要分为统计方法、数学分析方法以及综合法三大类。本文对这三类钻头选型技术进行了分析。

The drill bit is a tool for breaking the rock during the drill rod drilling-in.To reasonably select the drill bit is a key factor in determining the speed of the drill bit,and it can reduce the occurrence of the underground accidents and ensure the safe drilling-in as well.At present,the commonly used drill bit selection method is divided into three methods:statistical method,mathematical analysis method and comprehensive method.In this paper,three types of drill bit selection technology are analyzed.
