Evaluation of economic benefits of Yan-9 reservoir in Caoyaoxian area,Jingbian oilfeild

靖边油田曹崾岘区延9油藏目前已达开发中期,产量递减严重,稳产困难,经济效益较差。为了正确评价油藏开发调整的经济效益,通过对投资和成本费用的估算,对财务状况进行了分析和评价,税后财务净现值为54771.06×104元,高于行业基准,在经济上可行。建议进一步降低操作成本,提高项目整体经济效益。

Caoyaoxian Yan-9reservoir in Jingbian oilfield has entered into the middle exploitation stage,accompanying with severe production decline,unstable production and poor economic benefits.In order to correctly evaluate the economic benefits of reservoir development and adjustment,the estimation to the investment and cost and the analysis and evaluation to the financial situation are carried out,the results show that the financial net present value after tax is54771.06million RMB yuan higher than the industry benchmark and it is economically viable.This paper proposes to further reduce the operating costs and improve the overall economic benefits of the project.
