摘要
基于对称标准廓形设计的钢轨铣磨车无法满足特殊应用需求,针对曲线路段内、外轨廓形及伤损分布的非对称性,提出轨道曲线路段钢轨的非对称铣削方法,提高列车曲线路段的通过能力。基于非对称铣磨原理和最小二乘法,对非对称目标廓形进行等间距多段直线拟合,得到钢轨铣磨车非对称成型组合切削刃的空间布局;介绍非对称成型铣削所用可转位成型刀粒和大直径铣盘的设计方法,解决曲线路段钢轨非对称铣磨难题,扩大了钢轨铣磨车适用范围。
Rail milling train with standard railprofile is not suitable for asymmetric profile forming milling in the curve railway.Based on the principle of asymmetric milling and least squares method,the position of combination cutting edge was defined by the approach of equidistant interpolation linear fitting for the asymmetric profile.The design method for large-diameter forming cutter and indexable cutter tablets was introduced.It has important significance for asymmetric profile forming milling technology and expanding the scope of rail milling train.
