摘要
传统三维GIS平台多以单体制作、场景集成和发布为主要技术流程,场景更新周期长、投入大;基于倾斜摄影测量原理的Street Factory、Smart3DCapture解决方案便于构建mesh三维模型,较传统三维平台更加精确高效,但因无法直接对单体对象进行编辑导致应用受限。因此,提出了对mesh三维模型自动分体的构想,设计开发了城市建筑三维自动分体系统City Clipper。该系统以A3倾斜摄影测量数据为基础,通过建立高度和光谱规则算法库以区分地物和地类,从背景信息中提取出建筑信息;同时对植被、道路等兴趣地物进行判别,实现城市建筑的三维自动分体功能。
Monomer production, scene integration and release are the main processes of the most traditional 3D platforms, which leading to longscene update cycles and heavy investment. The solutions based on oblique photogrammetry named Street Factory and Smart 3D Capture are convenient for establishing mesh 3D model. Comparing with the traditional 3D models, mesh 3D model is more accurate and efficient, however it can't be edited directly on monomer, and so that the range of application is greatly limited. Therefore, this paper came up with a new idea to make mesh 3D model automatically split, and developed a system named City Clipper. City Clipper based on A3 data can distinguish basic types of surface features by establishing architectural model, analysis spectral features of vegetation from images, and do binary processing. Finally, 3D automatic fission was well achieved with considerable social and economic benefits.
