面向高校教师的图书馆“大数据素养”教育策略研究 被引量:12

摘要 大数据背景下,高校图书馆如何充分利用自身海量的数据资源提升教师的数据素养水平,是该领域面临的挑战性问题。首先综述了数据素养研究现状,结合大数据特征讨论"大数据素养"的内涵并给出其定义;接着依据高校教师的特点,提出以图书馆大数据平台为依托,在大数据意识培养、大数据能力提高和大数据伦理内化三个层面上对应开展教育培训,实践服务和虚拟互动三方面服务的"大数据素养"教育策略。基于图书馆大数据平台的方案能够有效地将大数据技术深入融合到数据素养教育中,帮助高校教师尽快适应当前大数据技术变革的要求。 Under big data background,it is a challenging problem for libraries to promote the level of data literacy education of university teachers based on amass data resources.Firstly,the paper reviewed the research status and proposes the concept and connotation of big data literacy combined the characteristic of big data,and then put forward the strategy of big data literacy education that included big data consciousness cultivation,big data ability improvement and big data ethics internalization based on the library big data platform and combined closely the characteristic of university teachers.The proposed scheme could implement data literacy education combining big data technology and improve big data literacy education from three different angles including education cultivation,practice services and virtual interaction,it would help university teachers quickly adapt to the requirement of technological change of big data era.
