21世纪高校图书馆机构设置现状研究——基于“211工程”高校图书馆网站调研

Study on the Organization Establishment of University Libraries in 21^(st) Century—— Based on the Websites of “211 Project” University Libraries

利用网络对"211工程"高校图书馆网站的机构设置情况进行调研,并对调研结果进行统计分析,同时将高校图书馆机构设置情况进行纵向比较。目前高校图书馆机构设置模式还是以职能式为其绝对主导地位,机构数量逐渐增加,部门名称极不规范,但是其机构设置也随着环境与读者需求的变化而有所改变,增加了许多含有信息社会化元素的部门,加强了学科分馆、特色馆藏建设与学科服务,出现了与图书馆发展战略与评价研究相关的部门,但是图书馆宣传推广、知识产权保护没有得到重视。在对高校图书馆机构设置模式研究的基础上,提出了21世纪高校图书馆机构设置的三种模式。

This paper made a survey of the organizational structure in the websites of“211Project”university libraries,and it made a statistical analysis of the results of the survey,also made a vertical comparison of university library organization.It was found that functional organization held a dominant position in the structure of university library,the number of the institutions was increasing gradually,department names were not standardized,however,the establishment of the institution alters with the changes of the library tasks and readers'need,such as adding information and socialization departments,strengthens library branch,special collection construction and subject services,there were departments related to the library development strategy and evaluation research,but library promotion and intellectual property protection had not received attention.According to the research results,this paper put forward three modes of organizational establishment of university libraries in21st century.
