事业单位人力资源管理中如何有效应用激励机制 被引量:9

摘要 当今,在事业单位人力资源管理中,激励机制起着至关重要的作用。应用激励机制不仅能够有效改善单位员工的工作态度,还能够充分调动其工作的积极性,使其工作效率得到提高,从而助于事业单位实现可持续发展。但从实际情况来看,激励机制在事业单位并没有得到合理应用。基于此,本文论述了激励机制存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的策略。
