摘要
研究了食品级聚碳酸酯(PC)在疝灯照射条件下的老化行为。通过力学性能测试、红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪、热重分析仪等对光氧老化前后的PC进行表征。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,光氧老化后PC的拉伸强度先增大,后期几乎不变,断裂拉伸应变降低,缺口冲击强度先减小而后期变化幅度小;硬度降幅很小;光氧老化降解后有双酚A产生,PC发生光氧化降解反应,热稳定性降低。
The aging behavior of food-package material polycarbonate(PC)under irradiation of hernialamp was observed.PC was characterized before and after aging by mechanical property test,Fourier transforminfrared spectroscope,differential scanning calorimeter,gel permeation chromatograph,and thermogravimetryanalyzer.The results show that the tensile strength of PC after photo-oxidation increases and maintains at thelater stage with the increase of aging time,meanwhile,the elongation at break decreases,the notched impactstrength rises first and then is almost unchanged,and the variation of hardness is steady.bisphenol A is generatedafter photo-oxidation degradation of PC.The thermal stability of PC decreases after photo-oxidation degradation.
