PPR/Si-MGO复合材料的制备

摘要 通过硅烷偶联剂KH560修饰氧化石墨烯(GO)表面得到改性GO(Si-MGO),从而增加GO与聚烯烃的相容性,并采用熔融混合法制备了无规共聚聚丙烯(PPR)/Si-MGO复合材料,对其力学和电学性能进行了研究,测试了复合材料的熔体流动速率、拉伸性能、抗冲击性能、弯曲性能和导电率。结果表明:Si-MGO对PPR的力学性能影响较小,仅对缺口冲击强度改善明显;添加少量Si-MGO,就可显著提高PPR的导电率。因此,可以利用Si-MGO优良的导电性来改性PPR,从而改善其导电性,拓展此类材料的用途。 The surface of graphene oxide(GO)was modified by silane coupling agent KH560to obtainmodified GO(Si-MGO),which improves the compatibility of GO with polyolefin.Polypropylene random(PPR)/Si-MGO composites were prepared via melt blending.The mechanical and electric properties of thecomposites were tested,which involve melt flow rate,tensile property,impact property,bending property,and conductivity.The results show that Si-MGO contributes little to the mechanical properties of the compositesexcept notched impact strength.The addition of Si-MGO can enhance the conductivity of the compositessignificantly.Therefore,Si-MGO can be applied for modification of PPR to improve the conductivity of thecomposites and expand the scope of applications.
