摘要
采用悬浮聚合,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,二乙烯苯(DVB)为交联剂,合成了吸油树脂。研究了单体配比,引发剂、交联剂用量对树脂吸油率的影响,在聚合过程中引入偶联剂KH570共聚合,分析了树脂的吸油性能和缓释行为。结果表明:当丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量比为2∶1,BPO和DVB用量分别为单体总质量的1.0%,0.5%时,树脂的综合吸油率最好;使用KH570的树脂开始分解温度和最大分解速率温度分别升高到383.9,406.9℃,树脂对机油的保油性得到明显的改善。
Oil absorption resin was synthesized via suspension polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA)and styrene as monomers,benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as the initiator,and divinylbenzene(DVB)as crosslinking agent.The effect of monomer ratio,the mass fraction of initiator and crosslinkingagent on the oil absorption rate of the resin were observed.The coupling agent KH570was introduced for thepolymerization,the oil absorption and slow release of the resin were analyzed.The results show that the highestoil absorption rate is obtained when the mass ratio of BA and MMA is2∶1,the mass fraction of BPO and DVBin monomers are1.0%and0.5%respectively.The oil-holding capacity of the resin to engine oil is improvedsignificantly because the initial decomposing temperature and maximum decomposition rate temperature of theresin with KH570reach383.9℃and406.9℃.
