Theoretical Propositions and Practical Problems in the Diagnosis and Improvement of Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

职业院校教学工作诊断与改进制度提供了完善教学内部质量保证体系的可行路径。它以保证教学质量提升为实践目的,体现了治理现代化的实践属性与教学质量管理模式的转变及质量观转型的本质属性。教学诊改具有重要的现实意义,如进一步确立了教学中心地位、凸显了教学治理命题、推进了教学质量管理的专业化发展。但是,在实践中,教学诊改依然存在诸多问题,如改革实践进程滞后、典型成功案例缺乏、边界不清晰及趋同性比较明显特色建设不足等。鉴于此,高职院校教学诊改逐步推进需要在政府分级管理内容、院校主体责任落实方式及质量标准建设方面进一步完善。

The mechanism of teaching diagnosis and improvement of polytechnic(TDIP)is a way toimprove the internal quality assurance.TDIP shows double character of governance modernizations and thetransition of teaching management mode and quality outlook,which regards the improvement of teachingquality as a practical destination.TDIP may be leading some reform such as the center of teaching andlearning,teaching governance and the professionalization of teaching management.However there are someproblems to be solved,such as practice behind of mechanism,lack of character successful practice,boundary of the reform vague and lack of the feature.Therefore,the reform of TDIP should pay moreattention on the content of lever-to-level administration,polytechnic’s responsibility and the qualitystandard building.
