摘要
积极心理学、核心素养建构、高等职业教育,三者联系紧密。核心素养的本质是积极心理,积极心理学的研究内容可以为高职生核心素养建构及培育提供一些启发,这主要体现在增强高职生职业幸福感、实现高职生全面发展、促进高职生创新创业、培育高职生职业精神等方面。高职生核心素养培育应从加强心理健康教育指导、落实立德树人根本任务、实施创新驱动发展战略、强化大国工匠精神培育、借鉴先进国家地区经验等方面着手。
Positive psychology is closely related to key competencies and higher vocational education.Positive psychology is the essence of core competencies.The advances of positive psychology mayprovide some enlightenment to the structure and cultivating strategies of key competencies in highervocational students.For example,improving the level of the subjective well-being,realizing humanoverall development,promoting innovation and entrepreneurship,and cultivating the professional spirit.Moreover,some proposals and tactics are brought forward.
