摘要
在广东省阳山县实施中小河流整治建设中,工程设计人员结合当地河道砂卵石资源丰富等特点,提出了既节约资源又生态环保的砂砾土混合料填筑新型施工工艺。为有效规范建设过程中各阶段的造价计价与控制,阳山县水务局要求编制砂砾土混合料填筑补充定额。从施工工艺、编制方法、编制成果、使用情况等方面对砂砾土混合料填筑补充定额编制过程及应用效果进行分析,认为编制的补充定额内容科学合理、结构简明实用,与《广东省水利水电建筑工程概(预)算定额(试行)》的定额水平和结构形式保持一致,满足各有关单位的工程造价及投资管理要求。
In the reconstruction of small and medium-sized rivers in Yangshan of Guangdong Province,a newconstruction technology of Sand and Gravel Compaction was put forward,with the characteristics of abundantlocal Sand and Gravel resources considered.In order to effectively regulate the cost of pricing and control of theconstruction in various stages,Yangshan Water Authority required supplementary quota for Sand and GravelCompaction.This paper analyzes the compiling process and application effect of Sand and Gravel Compactionfrom the aspects of construction technology,compiling method,compiling results and the practical situation.Theauthor argues that the content of the supplementary quota is scientific and effective and the structure is concise andpractical.It is consistent with the quota level and structure form of Guangdong Province Water Conservancy andHydropower Construction Project Summary(Estimated)Calculation Quota(Trial),and can meet the project cost andinvestment management requirements.
